If you wish to opt out of the Audi Canada Approved Chat Provider integration, please have an officer of your company fill out this form by 4/30/2026. If you choose to opt out of this enhancement, please note the following:
* Opting out of the Audi Canada Approved Chat Provider integration is not opting out of the dealership’s current contractual obligations.
* The dealership is responsible for current contractual obligations with Gubagoo and will continue to be responsible for any existing fees as described in your Gubagoo Agreement.
* The dealership is responsible for determining any impact opting out of these integrations may have between the OEM and the dealership.
By completing and submitting the form below, you represent that you are an authorized officer of the Company listed, that you have full rights and authority to complete the authorization to opt out, and you give the authorization described above on behalf of the Company. All of the above is confirmed and agreed to.
